We have free shipping on ALL orders of any size, Australia wide!

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on various factors. In general delivery time for addresses for addresses within metropolitan regions of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria will be 3-10 days.

For Northern Territory, South Australia, Countryside Queensland, Countryside New South Wales and Countryside Victoria the delivery times will be 7-12 days.

For Perth delivery times may take 5-12 days, for countryside Western Australia and regional Western Australia delivery may take 7-20 days.

During busy and peak times such as the weeks prior to Christmas, these delivery dates may be extended by up to 5 days.

Signatures

Signatures on delivery may or may not be required depending on the address of the customer. If required, and not able to be attained, delivery will be returned to the factory. This may be sent out again, however a $5 redelivery fee may be charged, we will do our best to avoid this charge from the courier however, for your benefit.

A signed delivery indicates the delivery has been completed and we are not liable if the lamp is lost, misplaced or stolen from your residence thereafter.
